Shamanic Healing

In shamanic understanding, traumatic experiences can cause parts of our vital soul essence to fragment and withdraw — a protective mechanism that can save us in the moment but leave us depleted when those parts don't return. Soul loss can follow illness, grief, abuse, accident, surgery, the end of a significant relationship, or any experience that was simply too overwhelming to fully survive intact.

Common signs include a persistent sense of emptiness, difficulty feeling joy or motivation, feeling like you never fully recovered from a particular experience, recurring patterns that won't shift, chronic physical illness without clear cause, or a feeling that part of you "died" during a difficult period.

During a soul retrieval session, Konstanza journeys to non-ordinary reality with her compassionate helping spirits to find and return those lost soul parts — along with the qualities, strengths, and vitality they carry. The session also typically includes extraction of harmful energies that may have filled the space left by soul loss, and power animal retrieval to restore your spiritual protection and strength.

A diagnostic journey at the beginning of every session determines which shamanic elements will be included in your particular healing. No two sessions are the same — the helping spirits guide the process entirely based on what you need.

A typical session includes extraction of harmful power intrusions that have settled into your body and energy field, removal of spirit attachments, removal of soul parts of others that don't belong in your field, soul retrieval, and power animal retrieval. Additional advanced modalities may be included as indicated — including soul remembrance, depossession, ancestral healing, curse and thought form unravelling, and psychopomp work.

Shamanic counseling is a one-on-one tutorial in shamanic journeying — a method in which you learn how to get answers to life questions from your own helping spirits directly, without needing an intermediary.

Unlike soul retrieval or shamanic healing, where Konstanza journeys on your behalf, shamanic counseling teaches you to make the journey yourself. You learn how to enter a shamanic state of consciousness, initiate contact with your own helping spirits, and bring back specific, actionable guidance on the questions and situations most important to you.

This is a profound gift of self-sufficiency. Once learned, you will have direct access to the wisdom of your helping spirits whenever you need it. Clients typically do five sessions to build confidence and skill.

A session for your pet includes divination to gather information about the spiritual causes of the presenting issue, soul retrieval, extraction of harmful energies, and if indicated, power animal retrieval — especially beneficial for timid, anxious, or fearful animals, giving them a restored sense of safety and inner strength.

All pet sessions are conducted at a distance. Konstanza has successfully provided healing for animals living thousands of miles away. Physical proximity is no obstacle whatsoever.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique was developed by Dolores Cannon over more than 45 years of hypnosis research and practice. QHHT uses a deeply relaxed somnambulistic state — the same state we naturally pass through just before sleep — to access the subconscious mind and the higher self.

In this state, clients are able to access past lives and their own higher wisdom for answers to questions they may have carried for years. Physical healing can also occur — the subconscious is able to identify the root cause of illness, pain, or emotional patterns and administer healing in ways that the conscious mind cannot.

Konstanza is a Level 2 certified QHHT practitioner, trained through the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Academy.
