Konstanza received her shamanic training through Michael Harner's Foundation for Shamanic Studies. She is a graduate of the Foundation's 10th East Coast Three Year Program. She studied Soul Retrieval in New Mexico with Sandra Ingerman, the author of the seminal book Soul Retrieval: Mending the Fragmented Self. Vision quests and prolonged time spent with Lakota and Cree elders has deepened her understanding and respect for the power of the spiritual realms.
