Many people are sensitive to the energy of others around them. Many unknowingly take on the emotions, thoughts, feelings,  attitudes of the people around them, often to their own detriment. People who identify themselves as empaths often wish that they could do something to protect and shield themselves from undue psychic influences in their environment.

This hands-on workshop provides you with a plethora of techniques to shield  and protect yourself from undue psychic influences and manipulations, both from people in the physical and astral realms. 

 

This workshop is appropriate for everyone, including Reiki practitioners, energy healers, spiritual healers and massage therapists.

You will learn how to:
 

• Avoid being a target of negativity.

• Avoid taking on the physical, mental and emotional conditions of others.

• Discover your vulnerabilities.

• Become spiritually and energy streetwise.

• Establish a high spiritual vibration. 

• Use effective purification rituals for self and home.

• Spiritual hygiene processes that prevent problems from arising in the first place.

• Create a psychic protection around your self. 

• Evaluate whether an energy healer is appropriate for you.

• Understand the ethics of engagement with the spiritual realms.
