Classes & workshops

A development circle is a group of student mediums who meet regularly under guidance for the purpose of developing their ability to communicate with the spirit world. The amplified spirit energies of the group promote and accelerate each participant's ability to connect with spirit people in ways that solitary practice simply cannot replicate.

Sessions meet on Wednesdays from 7:30 PM to approximately 9:20 PM Eastern Time over six consecutive weeks. Each session includes special exercises and guided meditations to expand spiritual perception, spirit communication practice with other participants, sharing and feedback on messages received, and individual coaching from Konstanza.

To protect the spiritual energy of the circle and provide optimal conditions for development, participants must register for the full six-week session. This is not an open drop-in group.

This introductory workshop is for anyone who would like to become a medium or learn to connect with their own deceased loved ones in the spirit world. No prior experience is necessary — the workshop is designed to open the doors of spirit communication for complete beginners while providing a solid foundation for those who wish to eventually work as professional mediums.

The workshop takes place over four weekend mornings via Zoom, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM Eastern Time on each day. The focus throughout is on true evidential mediumship — not vague impressions or generalities, but specific, verifiable information that demonstrates genuine spirit contact.

• How to prepare themselves for spirit communication

After the workshop, students are encouraged to continue their development in the Wednesday Night Mediumship Circle.

Spirit guides are compassionate non-physical beings who are with us throughout our lives, offering protection, wisdom, and support. Most people are unaware of the specific guides who work with them, or how those guides communicate.

This two-morning workshop teaches participants how to identify their spirit guides, understand how those guides communicate with them specifically, and how to initiate conscious, two-way communication. Participants leave with a clearer sense of who their guides are, what their guidance feels like, and how to work with that guidance in their daily lives and spiritual development.

Mediumship and psychic perception work through the clair senses — clairvoyance (seeing), clairsentience (feeling), clairaudience (hearing), and claircognizance (knowing). Most people have one or two dominant channels and others that are less developed.

This workshop teaches participants how to identify their strongest clair senses, how those senses manifest in their own experience, and what they can do to strengthen and expand the channels that are less active. Structured exercises and guided practice over two mornings give participants a working understanding of how they personally perceive spiritual impressions — and how to trust what they receive.

Working with the spirit world without proper boundaries and protection is like working in a hospital without hygiene protocols. This workshop gives developing mediums and spiritual practitioners the practical tools they need to work safely, sustainably, and with integrity.

Topics covered include: understanding your energy field and how it can be affected by others; techniques for protecting your field before opening to spirit; how to open and close your mediumship safely; recognizing when you have taken on someone else's energy and how to release it; maintaining spiritual boundaries in your daily life; clearing your field after healing or mediumship sessions; and techniques for maintaining your own spiritual wellbeing over the long term.

This workshop is essential for all developing mediums and is strongly recommended before or alongside the Beginning Mediumship Workshop.

This two-day workshop uses shamanic and mediumship methods to explore your ancestral lineage, identify patterns that may have been passed down, and facilitate genuine healing — not only for yourself, but for your ancestors and for the generations that will come after you.

The Lightarian Ray Program was created and trademarked by the Lightarian Institute for Global Human Transformation. Its goal is to connect you to the ascended masters for the purpose of personal transformation. Each Ray opens new energetic pathways in your chakras, etheric body, and physical body. The Rays are especially powerful during times of transition and when you want to bring your outer life into fuller alignment with your spiritual path.

The six Rays are transmitted in individual sessions spaced over weeks or months to fit your personal schedule. The Clearing Ray facilitates the cutting of emotional cords to people and situations that no longer serve a useful purpose. This helps you clear the blockages that have held you back.

The Healing Ray connects you with Ascended Master Buddha. It brings healing and balance to all areas of your life. In addition to healing and restoring balance, Ascended Master Buddha brings a light-hearted, joyful energy into your life, facilitating the transformation of painful lessons into rich, fertile soil for personal transformation and spiritual growth.

The Activation Ray connects you with Ascended Master Sananda. It reorganizes the vibrational levels of your chakras and integrates the aspects of your higher self into your daily life. The Activation Ray accentuates your ability to distinguish between the essential and the inessential and brings with it the ability to better manage your time and energy.

The Manifestation Ray connects you with Ascended Master St. Germain. It enables you to experience great joy and greater levels of spiritual, mental, emotional, and material abundance as you expand your capacity to manifest your highest and greatest good.

The Source Ray completes the Lightarian Rays. It connects you with the Source of our Universe and integrates the five previous attunements. The Source Ray brings a sense of completion, fulfillment, and an amazing sense of inner peace. It helps you move forward on your spiritual path with a renewed sense of mission and purpose — gifting you with the ability to see the amazing hand of the Great Spirit at work in your life.

The Archangel Michael AngelLink connects you with Archangel Michael and brings the quality of non-judgment into your life. He further assists you by offering angelic guidance for navigating the etheric realms via telepathy, channeling, and astral projection.

The Archangel Raphael AngelLink connects you with Archangel Raphael, who brings the gifts of courage and divine healing. He illuminates your path so you can more clearly see both the challenges and the opportunities and blessings along your life's journey.

The Archangel Uriel AngelLink connects you with Archangel Uriel, whose dominant theme is angelic beauty. He awakens awareness of beauty within and all around you, powerfully inspires and supports all forms of creative expression, and assists you with creating beauty in your life.

The Archangel Gabriel AngelLink connects you with Archangel Gabriel, whose theme is pure joy. He imbues you with inspiration and divine inner strength during times of challenge when you might have difficulty finding joy. He also helps you access your intuition and inner guidance and fosters effective communication in all areas of your life.

Once you have received all five Lightarian AngelLinks you become a Lightarian AngelLinks Facilitator — energetically prepared and authorized to share the attunements with others. This is a meaningful distinction from the Lightarian Rays program, where only those who receive the teacher attunements are authorized to initiate others.
