Nature’s helping spirits are always around, ready to reach out and assist you in any area of your life. This profound outdoor workshop will take us into a secluded area in the heart of Shenandoah National Park. Its emphasis is on processes to help you connect with the transformative healing power of nature.

NOTE: This workshop involves light walking/hiking of no more than 1.5 miles at a comfortable pace. Wear layers of comfortable loose clothing, sneakers or hiking shoes. Pack a rain poncho or rain jacket, just in case.
